I am very excited for and proud of my friend and fellow author, Victoria A. Fletcher, for publishing her second book, The Tweetle Bug's Blessing, a colorfully illustrated children's book. This is a story of adoption and one of her main characters, Libby Marie, is from her first book, You Just Have to Believe.
